  • We continuously improve our business and manufacturing processes and regularly measure progress.  Continuous improvement plans are based on business priorities to improve safety, quality, reliability and productivity.
  • We endeavor to be a learning organization.  One of our key tools for learning is the AAR (After Action Review) which focuses the actions toward continuous improvement.
