Huberbrite® barium sulfate by Huber has excellent purity and brightness. Huber’s barium sulfate products (from stone, typically 97% barium sulfate) are manufactured in its Quincy, IL, facility. Dry brightness ranges from 93 to 94 across the product line. This makes Huberbrite products ideal for applications such as powder and industrial coatings.
Huberbrite barium sulfate contains virtually no leachable barium compounds and passes TCLP leaching tests. Huber's products are environmentally sound and maximize your disposal options of bags and waste product.
