HUBER ENGINEERED MATERIALS ANNOUNCES ONLINE ‘COLOR SELECTOR’ FOR ITS LINE-UP OF GRANITE-EFFECT FILLERS FOR CAST POLYMER APPLICATIONS
ATLANTA, GA., January 30, 2006 -- Huber Engineered Materials, part of J.M. Huber Corporation, today announced a new “color selector” tool for identifying choices within the company’s line-up of marble fillers and granite-effect color pigments.
The online feature can be found on http://www.hubermaterials.com/ColorSelector/landing.htm and was launched in January. The color selector currently includes 47 different options and will be updated based on consumer demand and product availability.
Used in the production of cultured onyx, cultured granite and other solid surface applications (such as countertops), Huber’s Granite Elite®, Marble Elite® and Oynx Elite® series are the additives that create dramatic visual appeal. Based on highly desirable, consumer-tested color patterns, these additives drive the purchasing behavior in cast polymers and under-gel-coat solid surface applications.
“Our customer's demand exceptional quality, variety and affordability. Over the past 10 years, Granite Elite from Huber has been a vital part of our success,” said Mike OConnell, Vice President of manufacturing, Vendura Industries. “Granite Elite allows us to produce innovative product designs that reflect the sophisticated trends of our industry.”
