Huber Engineered Materials Announces Global Kaolin Price Increase For Industrial Specialties Markets

ATLANTA, GA, November 26, 2007 – Huber Engineered Materials, part of J.M. Huber Corporation, today announced a global price increase across its entire industrial specialties kaolin clay portfolio.  The price increase is effective January 1, 2008.

“Huber’s kaolin business has worked hard to improve productivity and processing efficiencies to minimize the impact of rising energy, raw materials and labor costs.  However, despite these efforts, a price increase is necessary to ensure the high level of product quality and consistency as well as industry-leading service our customers expect,” said Tom Anderskow, Director – Sales and Service, Industrial Specialties.
