MoldX® Optimized Alumina Trihydrate (ATH)
Non-halogen formulations of polyester composites which meet the most stringent flame retardance requirements are now possible with MoldX® optimimized ATH. Compared with traditional ATH products for composites, MoldX grades offer the outstanding mold flow needed for intricate or large components, while improving flame retardance efficiency. Two high performing grades are available: MoldX® A100 and MoldX® A105. Both grades work well in polyester composite systems, and MoldX A105 is for applications such as pultrusion, which require a top size of less than 40 microns.
- High ATH Loadings
- Maintain Workable Viscosity
- Outstanding Mold Flow
- Eliminate Halogens
