Huber's fire retardant additives were showcased last week at FEIPUR 2012 in Brazil.

Huber showcased its array of non-halogen flame retardants and smoke suppressants while exhibiting last week at FEIPUR 2012 – the Exhibition and Congress on Composites, Polyurethane and Engineering Plastics held in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

Discussions at the event centered on Huber’s line of MoldX optimized alumina trihydrate (ATH) grades, which include MoldX A100, A105 and our newest addition, P18.  We also featured our Micral and SB ATH products.  Huber’s flame retardants and smoke suppressants are used in a number of thermoset polyester composite applications including pultrusion, wet-mat, sheet molding compounds (SMC) and bulk molding compounds (BMC)
