Showcasing Our Halogen-Free Fire Retardant Additives and Martoxid® TM Thermally Conductive Fillers at the SPE Composites Conference & Exhibition (ACCE)

This week we are excited and pleased to be in Novi, Michigan, just outside of Detroit exhibiting at the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Automotive Composites Conference & Exhibition (ACCE).

The automotive industry is incredibly intriguing to us as the technology today changes practically on a daily basis and the future is no doubt unlimited.  We are embracing this potential by educating automotive manufacturers and others attending ACCE about our Halogen-Free Fire Retardant Additives and Martoxid® TM Thermally Conductive Fillers and how they can provide formulation benefits in a variety of applications.

We offer a unique alternative in optimizing thermal management for car and truck batteries and other automotive parts with our exclusive series of Martoxid® TM Thermally Conductive Fillers.  This generation of unique, high performing aluminum oxide additives is based on innovations to meet controlled and superior heat dissipation requirements.  Our alumina-based solutions are designed to function as a thermally conductive and electrically insulative material.

In addition and for almost four decades, Huber has been a trusted and global supplier of Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) and Magnesium Hydroxide (MDH) .  As an example, our MoldX® A400 Optimized ATH is an individual Non-Halogen Fire Retardant Additive grade to consider in automotive which allows for lower loading levels while delivering superior fire retardance.
