Busy Week in The Windy City Exhibiting at IFT18!

Today the windy city of Chicago is living up to its name as a nice summer breeze blows outside along Lake Michigan as IFT18 enters its second day at McCormick Place South.  Situated in booth S1341 at one of our favorite annual stops, we’re busy promoting our HuberCal® calcium carbonate powders for food fortification.

We offer a diverse selection of HuberCal food grade calcium powders with varying particle sizes and typical properties.  Each grade offers a calcium assay of greater than 99 percent and comply with all Food Chemicals Codex requirements.

Fantastic Week in the Sunshine State Exhibiting at NPE2018!

Our booth at NPE2018 this week in Orlando has been extremely busy!

We’ve had a fantastic and successful week at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, FL (U.S.) exhibiting at NPE2018.  Held every three years, the week long Plastics Showcase brings together over 60,000 attendees to learn more about the latest breakthrough innovations and game-changing technologies in the plastics industry.

Constant booth activity has offered us the wonderful opportunity to discuss with attendees our comprehensive portfolio of Halogen-Free Fire Retardant Additives, Ground Calcium Carbonate Extenders and Martoxid® TM Thermally Conductive Fillers for a variety of plastics-related applications.

We always look forward to great events like these when we’re able to get out to meet and greet current customers while also introducing and discussing our comprehensive portfolio of specialty engineered materials with attendees who’re interested in learning more about us and our extensive product offerings.

We’ve enjoyed great weather in Orlando all week and look forward to following up with everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to visit with us in the South Hall of the OCCC in booth #S11201.

 

 

Huber Takes Victory Lane in Indy at American Coatings!

Victory lane in Indianapolis this week at the Indiana (U.S.) Convention Center definitely belonged to Huber as we so enjoyed visiting with our many customers, prospects and distributors along with meeting friends both old and new as we exhibited at the American Coatings Show.  Held every two years, the 2018 edition offered us the opportunity to discuss our wide array of high performing functional and high brightness extenders for a variety of coatings and related applications.

Lots of interest over the three days focused on our exclusive and unique Pergopak® organic matting agents, which are designed to reduce gloss in special industrial coatings and overprint varnishes.

Many questions were also asked about our Halogen-Free Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) Grades which are used as a versatile pigment in a variety of coatings-related applications along with our Ground Calcium Carbonate Extenders that offer great value in paints and coatings in a number of ways, including:

  • Gloss Control
  • Anti-Slip Additive
  • Rheology Modifier
  • Densifier
