Sharon Noble joined Huber in May 1996 as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, gradually advancing and holding many distinct HR roles in the various Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) businesses—both at manufacturing facilities and administrative offices.  

Sharon has more than 30 years of expertise in developing HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and organizational design. Since 2018, she has been responsible for driving significant progress in HEM’s culture and inclusion strategy—referred to as I Belong at Huber. In 2022, she assumed responsibility for HEM Communications.  

She has significant HR experience leading Mergers & Acquisitions due diligence processes. During her tenure at HEM, she’s been pivotal to the integration of eight strategic acquisitions, as well as two substantial divestitures.  

Connecting well with all levels of employees, Sharon is a highly effective business partner and leader. Through her dedication to employees’ growth, learning and development, she partnered with the Terry College of Business at University of Georgia to establish J.M. Huber Corporation’s Leadership Accelerator Program. The intensive two-week program leverages UGA’s curriculum with Huber business philosophy and context, emphasizing three primary areas of focus: Strategy, Operations and Leadership. 

Sharon earned her BBA from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and has participated in various executive education programs at Northeastern University, University of Michigan, and University of Georgia.
