Victor Dean

Victor Dean has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Huber AgroSolutions, a strategic business unit (SBU) of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) since October 1, 2022. 

Dean joined J.M. Huber Corporation in 2012 as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for CP Kelco, while the organization was under Huber’s ownership. In 2015, he transitioned to the role of General Manager for CMC, leading that business until its sale on July 1, 2020. While leading CMC, he assumed the General Manager role for the newly acquired Miller Chemical & Fertilizer LLC in 2019, leading its integration into Huber. On February 1, 2020, he transitioned to the General Manager role for the Huber Advanced Materials SBU, a position he held until October 2022. 

Prior to joining Huber, Dean spent nearly 24 years with the Dow Chemical Company leading several specialty chemicals and building and construction businesses, plus various functional leadership roles in marketing, finance and operations. 

Dean’s academic credentials include a BS in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University, an MS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, and an MBA from Louisiana State University. He has also received executive education training from Harvard, the University of Michigan and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
